A walk to the beach and the round of Arvanitias

There is nothing more relaxing for residents and visitors than a stroll on the beach opposite of Bourtzi and afterwards a walk around Acronauplia that the locals call "The Round of Arvanitia".

The scenery is breathtaking all day long and all year round. Visitors never get tired of the Round of Arvanitia. The only thing that might get tired is your arm, by the constant use of the camera!

Arvanitia – Karathona

One of the most popular hike and sports area has become the road that connects Karathona with Arvanitia, under the shadow of Palamidi castle. Visitors can hike about 2.5 km and enjoy the view of the sea on one side and of the hill with the historic castle on the other.
